It all started when…
A start-up pharmaceutical company contacted our founder to develop the manufacture of a true inhalation drug formulation. Custom Gas Solutions was born and the project culminated in the construction and outfitting of a 1500 ft2 cleanroom with multiple zones including both synthesis capabilities and gas cylinder drug packaging in one area. An attached QC laboratory and full cGMP level quality system rounds out the current manufacturing capability for human use.
We also developed and built associated gas dilution and delivery systems for use in toxicology testing and continued development. Our designs were replicated and miniaturized for the clinical setting.
